D.I.R.S - Dynamic Ingame Rotation

What is D.I.R.S. ?

DIRS is an ingame advertisement rotation system for Trackmania.
Trackmakers can insert the DIRS advertisement placeholder signs into their tracks. Whenever another player loads the track in solo/online mode, the placeholder signs will be automatically replaced by random ad signs from our sign pool.

What is it good for ?

* Driving tracks always get a fresh breath of air, showing different advertisement signs everytime the track loads.

* Every active DIRS user can upload his own selfmade ad sign into the sign repository.

Implementation for track authors

File : MAC_DIRS_signpack.zip

Extract the contents to ...\Documents\Trackmania\Skins\Any\Advertisement\ !

After restarting Trackmania, you can use the "dirs_sign_0" to "dirs_sign_9" as advertisement signs with the paintbuck tool.
The signs have their own locators included, so the content will load correctly for all users who play the track later on.

Preview the picture pool

You can PREVIEW the picture pool before you decide, if you want to participate or not.

Who is allowed to upload his sign to the picture pool ?

* All track makers who use DIRS signs in their own tracks.

* Website owners who link to MAC on their websites in a distinctive manner (Proof URL required)
* Premium account owners

Upload your ad sign to the picture pool !

All uploads will be reviewed before they go into the picture pool. Criminal or adult material is not allowed!

Technical restriction

While not using the DIRS signpack for trackmaking, temporarily put the placeholder signs it into another folder or you will only see the placeholder signs while playing any track, which use the DIRS system.
